Coaches
- Start a team: open the app, tap "I'm the coach," and name your team. You get a team code for families and a coach key for you. Save the coach key; it's the only way to manage the team from another phone.
- Add the schedule: Coach tab, then Add event. Leave the time blank if it isn't announced yet.
- Invite families: share the team code. Families can use the app or the web page at bickford-basketball.pages.dev.
- Lost the coach key? Email us from the coach email saved on the team and we'll help.
- Delete the team: Settings, then Delete team. Everything is removed right away.
Families
- Join: enter the team code your coach gave you (it looks like ABCD-2345).
- Reminders: turn on reminders in the app, or subscribe to the team calendar from the Team tab.
- Mark attendance: pick your child once, then tap "Coming" or "Can't make it" on each practice and game.
Report a problem or inappropriate content
Use "Report a problem" in Settings (app) or the Team tab (web), or email us. We review every report.
